Fixes: issue #42
This PR will add tolerations for the built-in master taints, present as of Kubernetes 1.6. It also adds notes around scheduling on all nodes, regardless of taint, to the README.
I also removed the word "physical" from the phrase "it runs an instance of the plugin on each physical host in a cluster" from the README, as virtual/logical/physical servers have no bearing on scheduling.
